How do you use Herbal Steams?

Place 2-3 scoops into an Herbal Steam Bag.

With Herbal Catch: place Steam Bag into Herbal Catch and power on steamer.

Without Herbal Catch: place Steam bag into the water basin, let infuse 10-15min and remove before reattaching the water basin to the steamer and powering on.

Can I use Herbal Steams in my steamer?

How do I apply for wholesale?

No! We wanted to make things quick and easy, because we know you are BUSY! All wholesale products can be purchased directly online. Upon entering the wholesale pages, you will be prompted to enter some information (email etc.)

Do I need an Esthetician's license to purchase Back Bar?

Yes, you must be a professional esthetician to purchase our back bar products. Upon entering the back bar product page, you will be prompted to enter some basic information. After that, you can purchase back bar products directly online!

What is your refund policy?

Due to the size of our company and the nature of our personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

What is your shipping policy?

My Friends Use This is a small batch skincare company. All products are formulated, manufactured, packaged and shipped by the company. Please allow us 1+ weeks to ship orders out.

Wholesale orders may take 2+ weeks to process depending on size.

Once the package is out of our facility we have no responsibility over shipping times or lost packages. Please consult the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx etc.) with any issues. 

What is your subscription policy?

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. What are your shipping practices?

We are super conscious of what we use to ship our orders.

All orders will be shipped in a cardboard box with paper tape - this means you can easily recycle your box without the added task of removing any plastic.

Since most of our products come in glass bottles, you will see any combination of kraft paper, corrugated cardboard or plant-based wadding. All of these materials can either be reused or recycled.

Any paper inserts (packing slips, promo cards etc.) are printed on paper and can be recycled.

What if my order is lost, stolen or damaged?

We are proud to have Route as a shipping protection benefit to our customers. Rout protects against lost, stolen or damaged packages. You will be able to self-resolve your issues in seconds!

Are your shipments carbon offset?

Yes! Every single order we send is carbon offset through an amazing app called Cloverly. If you want to see where your offsets are going, feel free to email us!

My product looks/smells/feels different, is that normal?

Yes! Because we are dealing with plant based products, sometimes they will vary a little bit. Depending on the growing/harvest seasons, plants will naturally vary a little bit. We promise that no matter what, we always source high quality ingredients + have consistent formulation practices.
